The Al Habtoor Group has partnered with world-known brands to create Al Habtoor City, a new destination for citizens, residents and tourists alike.
The $3 billion development will feature three hotels St. Regis Dubai, W Dubai and the Westin Dubai as well as three newly announced residential tower blocks to incorporate 1,460 luxury apartments.
Al Habtoor City will feature eleven swanky residential penthouses including two VIP penthouses over a four-storey high podium, worth a cool $250 million each.
